Business & Administrative Jobs

Supportive Work Environment

In the vibrant world of RV dealerships, a supportive and collaborative environment thrives across all departments. From the dynamic Sales team, whose passion for outdoor living fuels customer excitement, to the innovative Marketing department that creatively shares the joy of RV adventures, every role contributes to a unified vision. Service and Parts teams work seamlessly to ensure vehicles are in top condition, guaranteeing memorable journeys for customers. Administration professionals form the backbone, coordinating efforts and maintaining the smooth flow of operations. This interconnectedness fosters a sense of unity, where diverse skills converge to create an environment that values teamwork, communication, and shared enthusiasm for the RV lifestyle. In the RV dealership family, each department plays a crucial role in crafting a positive experience for both customers and colleagues alike.

How To Get Started

To become a licensed salesperson or broker representative in the field of vehicle sales, certain requirements must be met. These include undergoing a Police Information Check, ensuring eligibility to work in Canada (either as a Canadian citizen or with legal work status), securing employment with a licensed motor dealer (though the application can be initiated before employment), attaining the legal age of at least nineteen years, and paying the necessary application and annual license fees. Additionally, individuals must complete and pass the Salesperson Licensing Course within a specified timeframe. It's important to note that anyone in direct contact with retail consumers at a dealership must possess a valid Salesperson License. Compliance with the Motor Dealer Act and relevant portions of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act is essential, with the Vehicle Sales Authority monitoring adherence through inspections and investigations. Applications can be submitted online or through other designated methods, and employment at a dealership is not an immediate requirement for application.
