Become a Truma Certified Service Technician

Truma is building a North American network of certified service technicians to install, service, and support owners of Truma systems. Truma Certified Dealer Partners and service technicians are trained to install and service the Truma AquaGo.

Truma is offering regional training programs to service technicians across North America. These programs provide in-depth technical instruction on Truma systems, culminating in authorization for technicians to perform service work, including complex repairs like AquaGo mixing vessel replacements. Each session includes classroom instruction on AquaGo, Aventa, Combi, and VarioHeat systems, along with hands-on troubleshooting and repair of AquaGo and Combi units. Technicians who successfully complete the program and pass the evaluation earn 12 hours toward their RVIA recertification and RVTI Level 3 certification.

Each session includes a classroom presentation on the Truma AquaGo, Aventa, Combi, and VarioHeat, as well as hands-on troubleshooting and repair of the AquaGo and Combi.
