Next-Gen Power Systems technician certification course

This online course is designed to enhance customer service by providing in-depth knowledge of Next-Gen Power Systems (NPS) generator service, repair, and diagnosis.

Participants will complete multiple-choice questions to assess their understanding of NPS generators. Three attempts are allowed to achieve 100% and earn dealership and technician certification. This open-book exam encourages the use of NPS Owner’s Manuals, FAQs, Installation Guides, product information, and Yamaha Owner’s Manuals as reference materials.
